How to refer

Send a referral letter
By secure email to referrals@smithpulmonology.com or by post.

Include relevant background
Symptoms, examination findings, recent investigations and current medication.

We contact the patient
Within one working day to arrange an appointment that suits them.

You receive a full report
A detailed clinic letter is sent within five working days of the consultation.
